I am a big fan of omega oil as I have seen the good it has done for people, especially with arthritis and high blood pressure, so I read the following points with interest.

Even the author of the report, Lee Hooper of the University of East Anglia’s School of Medicine and Health Policy, isn’t calling for these recommendations to change, but suggests that there should be more research to find out whether it is right to recommend large amounts of fish oil to people with heart disease. |
