Pilates is a Good Way to Get in Shape

Pilates reformers are great, but they are usually pretty large and take up a lot of space to use and can be difficult to store. The reformer may fold up, but you still have to find a place for something that is over 3 feet long if it folds and over 6 feet long if it doesn’t. Don’t worry, there is a pilates machine for those of us who don’t have a lot of floor space.
The Malibu Pilates machine, a new adaption of the old pilates machine, is becoming very popular for people wanting to try out this great form of core exercise. This little machine allows you to get a complete workout then put your machine away in a closet or under your bed. The exercises are a little different than using a reformer, but you still get a great core workout.
