The best way to get in shape and lose fat is by boosting your metabolism. This is the way you body burns calories in that metabolism means the way your body breaks down what you eat and uses it for energy. When your body’s metabolism is high, you are burning more calories. You are losing weight because your body is burning off the calories you eat rather than storing them as fat. The result is people begin wanting food. This is only natural. To compensate for calories they did not eat the last two or three days, they overeat. Well, for most of us, losing weight is about self control. Of course there are people with medical circumstances where this does not apply, but aside from that, a little self control goes a long way. So the number one way to lose healthy weight is to simply eat less. More particularly eat less of the bad stuff and substitute it with good wholesome food.
Most of us over eat and possibly indulge in too much alcohol. Just try cutting back a little. Do not hit the cookie tin after dinner or give in to that second helping of dessert. Cut out the beer when you go home. Do not be too radical, but try a little restraint and then maybe a little more.
Number two is to get a little more exercise. Do not go crazy but get up half an hour earlier and go for a brisk walk. You might even decide to use the exercise machine you bought over three years ago and has only been used for about 30 minutes in all that time. Exercise is easy really, just physically do a few of the things that you are currently using a machine for.
Get a push mower instead of a ride on. Wash the dishes by hand instead of using the dishwasher. Walk to the corner to pick up a paper instead of using the car.
